Summer is for vacation right?

Ok apparently I'm in trouble with some of you - I haven't posted new pics on the blog lately. My apologies....I took a marvelous 2 week vacation - ok so it was more like 3 weeks...but I'm back and getting back into the swing of things. A few pics from vacation...

"awe" and "ooooh" "they are sooooooooo cute!" how can you resist puppies? My daughter had an absolute blast having her pictures taken with puppies. Keep your eyes on the blog...we'll be doing a Pet Promotion Soon!

Where has the time gone?

The last couple of months have just FLOWN by..... I didn't realize how busy and hectic things had been.

**** - Seniors NOW is the time to start booking your sessions. Girls you are going to want those "tans" for your pics, your Senior year is busy - do it while you are not so busy this summer! Guys don't let the ladies get a head start on you...get yourself in here too!

**** - BHP will be closed to photo sessions for short time in June. I can still be reached by phone (see website http://www.bhpstudio.com//)

**** - Still needing models for a special project. Children of all ages and some pre-teen and teen slots still available. The project was originally to be done in June of this year, but will not be able to be completed by June.

**** - SUMMER Children's Promotion - I've been asked by several about offering a summer children's promo - if you are interested please email or call. I'd like to gauge interest - so let me know!!

Cake, Balloons, Camera!

I love doing BIRTHDAY BASH sessions. As a general rule the kids will actually "sit" for the camera. The food is enough to entice most toddlers...makes my job easier. Then to watch the expressions on their faces, it's priceless. They get confused...mom and dad say it's ok to make a mess??? oooh this is good stuff!!!....wow...nobody is wiping my face..... I can imagine all the thoughts that run through their heads. After cleaning up the messy faces, hands and floor - the best part is when I get back to the computer and see all the shots. I get to laughing out loud...occasionally a burst of soda from my lips.... a lot of good laughs...memories for a lifetime for Moms and Dads!

This week Eli & Reid celebrated their birthdays. Happy Birthday Boys!!!

Have you....

ever had one of those days that you just don't want to get up and around? Today...rain and dreary...I just wanted to kick back with a cup of coffee and read a book. So of course I didn't want to "work" today. I'm so glad I did. New babies, & cute cooperating toddlers!! I couldn't have asked for a better day.

Models Wanted - All ages

Do you think you have the cutest kid? Maybe you enjoy being in front of the camera? Would love to have portraits taken, but been putting it off?
